NABCO PERSONNEL RECEIVES MARCH ALLOWANCE TODAY

 The Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) national secretariat today gave permission and authorization to Ghana Interbank Payments System (GHIPSS) secretariat to effect payment of March stipends of NABCO personnel today. 

Though the payment has delayed, it was due to internal monitoring and scrutinization of the system to ensure accountability to the authority and also to flash out all ineligible people who are not on the NABCO program but their names were still in the system. 

Some have exited and gotten permanent job, whiles others too are not going to work but are collecting monthly stipends and third category is those who didn't fill the online career transition portal that is going aid in the transition to permanent employment. 

So the secretariat had to rectify all these anormalies so as to make the system as free as possible. 

We these rectifications we hope there will be no delays again in the subsequent payments.

 Week 22 of the Ghana premier league was very enthusiastic with some surprising encounters and results.  Eleven Wonders took on Aduana Stars and it ended in a 2-1 defeat to Aduana Stars FC. SOD CUTTING AND CONSTRUCTION OF SPECIAL PURPOSE WARD

 The member of parliament for the people of Bortianor Ngleshie Amamfro constituency Hon. Sylvester Tetteh has cut the sod for the construction of a special purpose ward facility for Amanfro polyclinic which is the GA SOUTH District health directorate at the GA SOUTH District in the Greater Accra region of Ghana. Some telco staff involved in MoMo robberies – Police

  Some staff of telcos in the country are involved in the rampant robberies of Mobile Money agents across the country, the Director of Public Affairs of the Ghana Police Service, Supt. Sheilla Kessie Abayie-Buckman has revealed. According to her, investigations conducted into Mobile Money robberies have led to some staff of telcos and people close to the MOMO agents. “There have been cases where we have traced suspects to the staff of Telcos and people who live around them,” Supt. Abayie-Buckman said on Morning Starr on Tuesday. Several Mobile Money agents have been the target of armed robbers in recent weeks across the country. Last week, heavily armed men attacked an agent in Bantama in Kumasi and made away with over Ghc200,000. Over the weekend another agent was robbed at Klagon in Accra in broad daylight with an estimated sum of 2,000 cedis stolen.
